We will definitely be back to stay next time we return to Napier. The house and garden was everything we needed and more for a lovely family holiday. Communication was quick and helpful when needed.

Bliss

We biked, played table tennis, enjoyed beautiful tableware over meals, slept in, cuddled under rugs, made good use of its close proximity to town. We will book again. Fabulous place and time.

Nice clean neat and tidy

Overall great place to stay - disappointed it did not have some minimum basics eg microwave or iron and ironing board … we managed to work around it but it would have been great to know that these basics would not be provided Communication was disappointing - waiting for a response for a few days made the booking process stressful Overall we enjoyed our stay

Suitable for our aging dog. Plenty of entertainment provided; nice bbq set-up and outdoor area.Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Disappointing small kitchen to work in and no microwave to work with. The pictures of outdoor area and garden were deceiving as it was smaller than depicted.Difficult to get out of property onto Latham Rd due to heavy traffic flow; pre-warning would have been appreciated. We appreciate the time of the year, but over-priced for what was offered.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that the home was suitable for your dog and that you enjoyed the entertainment options, outdoor area and BBQ set up, as well as the well stocked kitchen. We appreciate you noting the size of the kitchen and understand this may have felt smaller than expected. A microwave is not advertised for this property so one is not available. We are sorry to hear that the outdoor area felt smaller than you had anticipated. Accessing Latham Road can be busy at peak times and we understand this may have been challenging during your visit.Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Reputation and Resolutions Coordinators.
