This was a lovely rental home for our four days on Huahine. It had everything we needed and more!! The washing machine was invaluable. The kitchen is fully appointed with more than we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return.

Beautiful

The house is really comfortable and God amenities. The beach is a minute walk down the driveway and across the street. Snorkeling right off the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the beach and from the house deck. Really close to the town of Fare. Good place to be based from for a few days in huahine. We had a car.

Convenient, Comfortable, Well-equipped

The Mati House was a lovely place to stay while we explored Huahine for 4 days. I especially appreciated the clothes washer and drying rack which were essential as we all packed light. The home is beautiful and the view js stunning! The kitchen was well-equipped so that it was easy to make at-home meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Selam was easy to reach and communicated promptly in every instance when I reached out.

Huahine, l'Authentique

We chose Huahine and this property to avoid the typical tourist experience. As Francophone educators, this visit provided insights into daily Polynesian life. The property met our needs in terms of location, connectivity, and comfort. Our host was in contact for our arrival and answered our questions promptly. This property is located in a family neighborhood with frequent visits from the local animals. It is a short walk down the driveway to the water where you can bob around in the beautiful water. From the large deck you have beautiful views of the water as well as Raiataia and Taha'a. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. Merci bien et maruruu!
