Great family vacation!
The cottage was beautiful, spacious and could easily accommodate our big family with every amenity. We loved the backyard, the dock and the gorgeous sunsets! The kids loved canoeing on the lake and hanging out in the hot tub. The host was a pleasure to deal with and checked on us throughout to make sure all was going well. We had a wonderful family vacation at this property!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
Needed a location for a summer family reunion. Lots of people coming from all over. Needed lots of space...comfort and luxury a priority...fun activities for the kids...great kitchen for the meals... this place delivered! It was exceptionally clean, and well equipped. The kitchen is better stocked than my own. All we needed to bring was ourselves. The host met us upon arrival and showed us everything so we would know how to make the best of our stay. Our family now has new billiards, foosball and kayak racing champions,..and the hot tub views of the sunset were amazing. Our family didn't want to leave. The convenient location to grocery/beer/liquor stores made it effortless to pick up the things we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home for a family holiday
The home is stunning and rustic at the same time, the natural elements of wood, stone and light make it so cozy and peaceful. The home provides lots of space for guests to be together and also areas for privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities and many extras! Our family loved being able to prepare and share meals while relaxing, talking and listening to music in the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, we could all be together but it never felt crowded. The bedrooms were spacious and linens very comfortable, including bathroom ensuites for 3 of the bedrooms was wonderful and the privacy appreciated. The master suite on the main floor is beautiful and such a treat for anyone staying in it - in our case, my parents (celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary) loved it! We enjoyed the outdoors as well - beautiful views from the deck, patio and dock, kayaking, hot tub, campfire, watching the sunsets and stars at night. It was the perfect spot for our family holiday - we now have great photos and wonderful memories from this special place.

Book here if you like excessive Seaweed
We were so disappointed with this stay . The seaweed and sea grasses are so bad , making the lake by cottage not swimmable. I have never seen the weeds extend above water like this and I have stayed at many cottages in Ontario. Even when trying to canoe or kayak the oars get stuck . Owner did not disclose this nor was there any mechanical removal or breakdown of weeds as I saw taking place at other cottages nearby . Secondly , during our first night the fridge wasn’t working . At check in The owner told us to not keep fridge open long while loading it . Who says that ? Which makes us think he knew about issue with fridge beforehand . On our first night we had large alarm coming from fridge . We had to contact owner and troubleshoot over the phone . Such an inconvenience. We had to use a small fridge in the lower level at the back of a storage area. Not what we expect for a cottage at this price . He had to send a repairman twice to address issue so while at cottage we had to deal with repair appointments. Not worth the price !

Absolutely Beautiful
Our stay was amazing. The chalet was simply beautiful. Lots of room to accommodate all of us. The decor was really nice and the views were stunning. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. What a great spot. I’m sure we will be back. We had a great experience. Highly recommended.

My husband and I purchased our cottage to get away from the busy city life we have with our two small children. Since we can't be here all the time, we wanted to share this waterfront experience with you! We are a happy, loving family that enjoys spending time outdoors. Both of us are in the design and construction industry and we made sure all the furniture and décor match today's top trends. Spending time with loved ones is a real joy for us. The cottage has made that time even more memorable, I hope it does for you too.

Beautifully landscaped rock stairs descend to the front entrance framed by magnificent timber beams. Manicured gardens are scattered throughout the property, showcasing the craftsmanship and care of the owners. Around the back, a meticulously landscaped yard boasts a patio with a sofa, a love seat and 2 accent chairs surrounding a coffee table with an umbrella. Off the great room, a fully covered deck invites you to lounge in the shade on either the sofa, love seat or club chairs. A hot tub off the lower walk-out provides the perfect spot to warm up after a day on the lake! As the sun sets, make your way to the fire pit surrounded by 8 Muskoka chairs to roast marshmallows and count the stars as they begin to illuminate the big sky!
