Comfortable house (65 m2) located in Rezé, on a property with several accommodations, nestled in a green setting just 10 minutes from downtown Nantes.
A few steps from a large park along the Sèvre and Loire rivers, the tramway, and local shops.
The house is fully equipped and features, on the ground floor:
- A terrace facing the swimming pool, with outdoor furniture
- A fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area
- A separate living room/lounge
- A bathroom
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- One bedroom with two 90x200 cm single bunk beds
- One bedroom with a large king-size double bed
Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning included, free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, and one secure parking space.
Please note: the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible (non-PMR).
Guests have access to a shared spa area, which includes:
A 30°C heated hydrotherapy pool
An infrared sauna
A hammam
A fitness room
