Nothing but Condo living with thoughtful designs, and market rate sensabilities. Adults only, no kids. We are located five minutes from downtown Billings, the Medical Corridor and MSU-B.
The Rimrock Auto Area, perfect for concerts, sporting tournaments, and other enterrtainment is within walking distance, with Starbucks a block away, as well as Albertsons Grocery, the Brewer Dental Center, and an array of stores from Target, Office Depot, McKenzie River Pizza, to Baskins Robbins. The Billings International Airport is five minutes away, for an early morning departure. If exercise is what you seek, The Yellowstone River Bike Trail is close by as well. This living space often doubles as a luxury business suite with plenty of work space, internet/cable, with plenty of parking onsite. The Condo is 1200 Sq ft, stained concrete floors, one level, with ADA accessibility throughout for those in need of recooperation. This is a no smoking, no pets unit.

We were in Billings for my husbands surgery. There were 4 of us staying in Billings. This condo was so much better than staying in a hotel.The hosts were great and available for anything we may have needed.

Nice place.

Very clean and functional property. The location was very convenient to the heights, where we spent most of our time. Easy access in and out of the downtown area. I recommend.

We stay here during the NILE stick show. We don’t spend much time there except to sleep and the rooms are quiet and work well. Property is clean and hosts are nice people.

A week away in Billings

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. We mostly ate out but started our mornings with making breakfast in the kitchen. The location worked well for us to visit family and friends within Billings and Laurel. Will definitely come back again.

Relaxing location for a work stay

The place met our needs perfectly. Made our work stay a little less hectic. Kitchen , WIFI and living space was amazing. Very clean and owners were great at taking care of everything. Very close to shopping and in a very nice neighborhood. I will definitely make this my first choice for a future stay.

Outstanding Property

We stayed at this property for a week during a family member's surgery. The property was not only convenient in terms of location but was clean, quiet and the host was most accommodating. Whether you are in Billings for medical reasons, attending an event at Metra Park or any other reason, you will be pleased with your stay.

Nice condo in a great location

This was a great condo to stay at for my work trip to Billings. it was clean and set up very well for my weeklong stay. It is a very good location with a lot restaurant choices very close by and downtown Billings just a couple of miles away. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I did have a little issue with getting a receipt as VRBO is not very well set up for that, but the hosts did an amazing job getting it all taken care of for me. I will definitely be back for my next business stay!

Billings Apartment

We had a wonderful time in Billings. Our family was there for vacation and Brent was great to work with. He was very friendly and accommodating to our check-in time and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. During our stay we went to the local Pictograph State Park which was only a short drive from the apartment, we drove an hour to Red Lodge, MT for horseback riding which we would highly recommend, and we visited Pompey's Pillar and Battle of Little Bighorn National Battlefield.

Close to where we needed.

Overall easy access. No stairs. The main concern is the master bd NEEDS a window! Fire hazard! 1 window by the front door opens. Bd could have a tv. Man was less about hospitality than warning us of charges if we mess anything up. It is the cost of doing business. We felt bad about him warning us.

Very clean. Brent was easy to contact for check-in and check-out. For our group of 4 adults, this worked perfectly as we were visiting family in the area. The VRBO was mainly used for sleeping and the beds were comfortable.

Great home base to explore Billings!

Our family of 5 adults stayed for a little over a week here. Overall, the property is exactly how the pictures show. It is literally a 3 minute drive to groceries, shopping. Downtown Billings is about 10 minutes away by car. We were greeted by the owner, who was very good with communicating with us. The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We always felt safe and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen tools so that we could cook every night. We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
