This family-owned residence is nestled in the exclusive Rendezvous neighborhood, just minutes away from downtown Winter Park and a quick 15-minute drive to Pole Creek and Winter Park Resort.

Featuring 3 bedrooms plus a loft area, this cabin comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Enjoy stunning mountain views and ample outdoor space, including a wraparound deck equipped with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, seating area, private 6-person hot tub, and a summertime horseshoe pit. With hiking trailheads nearby, you'll be ready for your next Winter Park adventure in no time.

The cabin includes a two-car garage and additional parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Inside, experience a professionally decorated mountain modern interior with an open living plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals during your Winter Park vacation. Relax in the living room with leather couches, a 54” smart TV, and abundant natural light.

Wonderful stay

The house was gorgeous and exactly as presented. We had everything we needed for cooking etc. The location was perfect for our family and not to far from Winter Park. I would definitely stay again.

Loved it!!

Super clean & enough room for us all to spread out! Loved that it had little extras everywhere for tiny things we forgot. Hot tub was nice & the kids enjoyed it. Really loved the mud room area downstairs to leave all our ski stuff (9 people!) when we got in from the slopes. The garages were a huge bonus since it was snowing like crazy the whole time we were there!
