About this property

Get away from it all and relax with the sounds of nature. Our cabin is located inside our bison pasture where you’ll see the bison and fall asleep to coyotes howling in the distance. A truly unique property that allows the serenity of true western life as it was when the bison roamed free. Here for the Calgary stampede? Why not drive a half hour on paved roads to the country and experience real Alberta!
Mid to late June come pick Haskap berrys (honey berry’s) in our orchard.
Purchase locally raised grass fed bison on site!

Everything you need is there. Steve is the real deal. The most important bonus is peace. The bison are a nice touch.

Middle of Nowhere

Loved the remote location of cabin. Loved the upstairs balcony. The interrior was wonderful with barrell furniture, tailgate, and beautiful wood.

This spot is gem!!

I loved being able to observe the buffalo and getaway to an unplugged location. Really enjoyed staying here!

The most amazing experience!!!

This place is so shiny and clean, one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in! And let me tell you about the details, so much care was put into design of this interior, the whole housw tells a story! The bisons are right next to your accomodation so that can follow on what they are up to, such a great experience! The wooden stove is a beast, it can get the place heated up in no time, plus there is a gas heating as well in case you do not feel like getting into making fire. Steve is amazing! If you are coming from Calgary, the drive is under one hour, gets you right in the country peace and sounds so fast! Hope you enjoy it!
