About this property

Tiny Home on Quiet Country Acreage

Beautiful new tiny home on quiet dead end street on a fully fenced 1/2 acre lot. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of town, but still be close to all the activities and amenities the beautiful Comox Valley has to offer.

This custom built tiny home has modern retro style appliances, ample storage and all the conveniences of home. The 14' x 15' covered sitting area adds 200 square feet of additional space, perfect for enjoying the outdoors no matter what the weather brings.

Sleeping up to 4 people. The main floor bedroom with queen sized Endy mattress is ideal for those that would prefer not to sleep in a loft. And the extra sleeping loft with a second queen Endy mattress is perfect for the kids or the more agile.

Enjoy the local wildlife; eagles, deer and a variety of small birds right on the property.

This property is also a short walk to Wildwood Interpretive Forest trailhead and the One Spot Trail network for great hikes or bike rides right from our gate.

With minimal light pollution, on clear nights the stargazing is breathtaking.

This property also offers a great opportunity for friends to travel together but have their own space to retreat to by booking the second tiny home on this 2.6 acre property.

The 2 tiny homes share their own 1/2 acre newly grassed, landscaped and fully fenced common area at the front of the property, with the host's home located at the back of the property separated by fencing and privacy berms. We will give you your space and privacy with lock box key access, but are available if you require anything.

10 minutes to the base of Mt. Washington, downtown Courtenay, Forbidden Plateau and Nymph Falls

20 minutes to world class mountain biking in Cumberland, Seal Bay, Lazo Beach, Kitty Coleman Beach, and Goose Spit
