Newly constructed clean and cozy 2 bedrooms, 1 bath Private Legal Basement suite that is home away from home. Separate heating & ventilation. Available in the family friendly, safe & quiet neighborhood of Allard in Southwest Edmonton. 10 minutes drive from the Edmonton International Airport.

Basement is very cozy has a private entrance with a smart lock and is equipped with Wi-fi, Netflix, laundry and thermostat . The kitchen is well equipped with functional appliances such as a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Few comments/suggestions, the br has no side tables, shower area needs soap/shampoo holder, needs more chairs for the dining table.

The fridge had spills all over it. The second bedroom was a mess, it looked like someone was just in there. There was still hair in the drain. And the only blanket we got was a flat sheet.
