This beautifully kept condo sits on the 2nd floor, facing the lake, near the Trade Winds Restaurant and Beach on Old Lake Davenport! Equipped with private, screened balconies, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this should be your headquarters for your next trip! Wall-mounted TVs in every room, 2 Smart TVs to easily bring your favorite streaming services with you. WiFi provided throughout the unit, resort and common areas! Tesla Charging Station available near the clubhouse!

The dining table fits 6 comfortably, with 2 additional bar stools. Full kitchen features all the major (stainless steel) and small appliances you should need! Pots & Pans, silverware, etc. are all provided for your stay!

Damp & Musty Stay with Poor Property Management

Misleading property description and unresponsive property management company. They stay could have been nice had they properly managed the property and taken care of major pre-existing issues. Note that it will take you around 30 minutes to get to the Disney parks not 15 minutes. Immediately upon entry, you are hit with damp conditions and strong musty odor. Tried to resolve by turning on the A/C and ceiling fans. Multiple follow-ups with the property management for a resolution was futile. Because they did not refuse outright, my understanding from Vrbo was that I had to give the property management time to resolve. My stay was two weeks with no resolution other than an ineffective dehumidifier that I had to empty. 11 days later, the HVAC technicians confirmed that the A/C was not the issue and that it was most likely a pre-existing water damage. No response to compensate for my time and headache for bringing awareness of this potentially hazardous issue. Other issues included the handy man arriving four days later to clean out the drains in the bathrooms and replace the stained shower curtain. There are holes in the screened porches, so you probably want to use bug spray. The majority of the dryer's vent basket is broken off, causing small items like socks to get lodged in, rendering the dryer ineffective. This could cause damages that they themselves note. You will see notes throughout warning your of penalties of not following rules. Avoid until issues are resolved.
