Beautiful property with lots of room with amazing views. We were able to watch fireworks all over the valley. The grandkids loved that!! Any issues that we had were quickly addressed. The pool was very very nice with cushioned sofas but no pool chairs. I’d recommend bringing beach chairs. It’s also nice that there is a refrigerator at the pool house. Unfortunately the bathroom at the pool house wasn’t working and it is a short walk to the main house so a little inconvenient. We had 6 children under 4 with us and needed to use monitors for naps. The range of the monitors was limited in certain areas of the house. Also there are 2 areas where a gate is useful to keep kids off the steps. My family all agreed that we would be happy to come back to this house in the future.

Condition of the property in general was not up to expectations. Pool was full of leaves and a substance that looked like Sand.The closet marked as "Outdoor Shower" was full of dirty buckets, hoses and pool cleaning equipment and it too was unusable. The water in the Hot Tub was a Grey color and completely unappealing. We did not use it at all.The screen door to the poolhouse was falling off the track and had to be removed just to enter the room. The Poolhouse had a musty smell and the bathroom in Poolhouse was not working. We didn't use the Poolhouse at all due to these conditions. No Lounge furniture was provided for poolside lounging.The furniture on the deck off of the dining room was a hard metal and there were no seat cushions provided.The property is advertised as having 9 bedrooms which is a matter of semantics. Three of the rooms were joined together in a manner that occupants of those rooms had to pass through each others rooms and had to share one bathroom. Two more bedrooms had to share a communal bathroom and two bedrooms had no direct bathroom access at all. The last bedroom in question was adjacent to another bedroom creating the pass-through effect as well. None of the communal bathrooms had a shower which forces all the guests to take turns using the two bathrooms that did have showers.Communal areas of the house such as Kitchen, Dining Room, Living room and Sitting Room were adequately spacious and comfortable. The view from the Deck is Beautiful

Here are a few points I’d like to clarify:-To accommodate your early check-in request, I let you know there might be leaves in the pool — I appreciate your flexibility on that.-The structure labeled “Outdoor Shower” is actually a storage closet, and there’s no working bathroom in the pool house.-I didn’t receive any concerns during your stay, or I would’ve addressed them right away — I always try to respond promptly and resolve issues quickly.-I'm glad to hear you found the shared living spaces comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck.Thanks again for your feedback as I continue working to give guests the best experience possible!
