This privately-run one-bedroom Apartment in "Il Centro Apartments" located in the heart of Cairns & adjacent to Cairns Convention Centre and opposite Cairns Court House is one not to be missed.
The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.
Suitable for holidaymakers as well as temporary business residents.

THE SPACE:
Inner City One Bedroom Apartment w/ pool view 22 is situated on the second floor, accessible by lift from the ground floor.
The lounge area offers a small balcony with a pool view, modern furnishings, a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV. Free WiFi, along with a selection of board games is provided for your entertainment during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, kettle as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided with a few other staples for your convenience.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, quality mattress, wardrobe and a porta cot for your little one.
The bathroom features a bath/shower, washing machine and dryer and high-quality towels and bed linen.
One allocated parking spot in the building garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
