We enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a little patio with beautiful green grass. Our dog loved napping the grass. Studio was clean and had everything we needed.
No hot water for shower and broken glass on the floor by the bed not to happy about either or but over all nice place

Justin, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced a few issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We were aware of the lack of hot water (the breaker had tripped); our cleaner and local contact said that they fixed the issue within an hour of knowing about it.
-This is the first time that we've heard about broken glass in the bedroom; this would be unacceptable. We have made our local contact aware of the issue so that she can make sure the area is cleaned and safe. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for these inconveniences.
Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
Very comfortable room to rest our heads from a fun trip. Only complaint is that the neighbors next dog had an annoying little dog barking the nearly ENTIRE time we where there.
We had a great stay in Branson with our dog. The listing was as described and the check in process was easy. The apartment is in a good area of town- not too far away from attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. The only complaint was that we did not have parking passes at check-in and were unable to contact the property manager immediately. Overall, it was a great and affordable stay for a vacation!
We enjoyed or stay. Only had a bit of a problem with the thermostat. Also could have used an extra blanket These are just minor things.

Our Vacation
Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. We had a bit of a problem with the thermostat but wasn’t critical to our stay. We also could have uses an extra blanket. Just little things that would have made us more comfortable.
Everything about the property was very enjoyable the only negative was probably a Vrbo issue, being charged for damage insurance. We are very responsible and did not appreciate that charge, even though $35 or so. Otherwise, great stay- would do it again.
Loved that this location allows dogs. We were able to have a quiet little get away with our beloved dogs. Also met the other neighbors who had dogs. They were very friendly. Studio apartment is as described. We had a little trouble getting the lock to work with his but eventually got it down. There is one light switch that is a little funny but besides that everything worked well.

Perfect stay with a Pet
We travel with my husband’s service dog. This studio was perfect! Plenty of room with a nice patio and green grass for our Zeus to nap on. Very clean. We knew the seating was limited. We brought our comfortable lawn chairs. However, we were gone all day and did not need to lounge around. The refrigerator door needs to be changed to open the correct direction. Seriously the only thing I could find to mention. It is a very nice place to stay. Book it!
Very clean nice little 1room with kitchenette. Only problem was that there was no directions on how to use the TV. For future when you turn the TV on make the input is HDMI2 then turn on cable box to switch channels. There is a fire stick plugged in that doesn’t work.
The property was nice, but the tv didn’t have any other channels expect for just 1 channel. Took us almost an hour to figure out how to use the fan because it ended up being controlled by a switch on the wall. Then finally whenever I decided to take a shower before bed the drain smelt like rotten eggs (sulfur).. my boyfriend and I had to sit outside for almost an hour with the fan on (after 30 mins of trying to figure out how to work it) to air out the smell. We left the next day back to our place when we were suppose to stay there for 2 nights. Hopefully the smell gets fixed.

Hi Alexy, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-We contacted the guest who stayed after you, and they reported no issues with the TV or accessing cable and streaming channels.-Regarding the water, we have not received any previous comments about a sulfur smell. The current guest, who stayed after you, also noted no unusual or unpleasant odors. It is possible that there was a period of non-use, causing the drain trap to dry out, which can sometimes allow odors to emerge. Once the trap is refilled, the issue appears to have resolved itself.-Concerning the fan, it seems that guests may move it and plug it into different outlets based on their preferences, which may have caused it to be plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch.-We regret that you had a less than satisfactory experience, as we strive to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant stay in Branson. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
Overall it was ok. We were disappointed in the bedding. It doesn’t look anything like the bedding in the photos. It’s old and mismatched. It looks like something they pulled out from the back of their grandmother’s closet. The filling inside of the comforter is loose and when you make up the bed it forms a big lump. It looks as if there’s a small animal hiding under the comforter. The curtains are four narrow panels. They don’t really close so we used chip clips to keep them closed at night. The refrigerator leaks, which is kind of annoying. Overall it was ok, just a little disappointing in some areas.

Remodeled and Lovely
My time here was wonderful - great memories on Memory Lane! The apartment has been completely remodeled with all new furniture, drapes, bedding, hardware, towels and decor. Very chic. The owner obviously spent some money on this place. There's now an amazing outdoor patio room with big Adirondack chairs, a bistro table, planters, 8X10 rug, and a HUGE offset umbrella filled with cafe lights. Very romantic. I spent most evenings outside, wine-in-hand, listening to the cicadas. The king-size, Tempur-Pedic mattress was super comfy, and the neighbor gal was super nice. The TV remotes are a bit fiddly, but the instructions are clear. Also, a wall switch controls the bottom half of the outlet where the brass fan is plugged. That was a bit confusing. Otherwise, everything was clean and high quality, the coffee was excellent, and there were no issues whatsoever. It was especially nice to have a mini-mart, liquor store and two good restaurants within walking distance. Worth every lucky penny.

disappointing
A TV is something you just expect to work.We asked the guest contact for help. she worked tirelessly and returned many times with different methods of repair. A tech was not available because of holiday week-end. we finally got a working TV on the seventh of our seven day stay. Every time we opened the fridge, we had to use a bath towel to wipe up the water that run out of the floor of the fridge. So I hope you can understand our "disappointing" grade. I believe and expect a partial refund of our money for our disappointing experience. you may credit the credit card we used or send me a check. Thanks for listening and I would hope the next guest would have a better experience than we did.
The studio condo was very nice, clean and conveniently located. The only issue we had was there were no comfortable places to sit. The chairs that came with the table were straight, rock hard and very uncomfortable to sit very long on. That only left the bed to sit and read or watch TV. After awhile it became uncomfortable. I would flip the bed and table/chairs, take out some fru fru decorations and add a comfortable upholstered love seat. Other than that, it was amazing.
This place was very clean and the manager was very responsive when there was no hot water. Turns out a breaker switch just had to be flipped. We would definitely go there again.
