This light and bright, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is meticulously maintained and offers a quiet, rustic mountain ambiance as well as rare ski-in access from Aspen Mountain. Durant Condominiums are conveniently located two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. The condo is located on the east side of the Durant Condominiums and features floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous Aspen Mountain views, a gas fireplace, a breakfast bar, a formal dining area, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The upgraded kitchen features stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
