The bedroom offers tempr-pedic king and queen beds, ideal for relaxation! Living room also has the option of a sofa bed if required. Property also includes a washer and dryer within the main floor (2 second floor) with a powder room as well.

Close to NRG stadium (previously Reliant Stadium, also home to Superbowl 51), Minute Maid stadium, Rice Stadium, and BBVA Compass Stadium. Minutes away from Interstate 69, 45 and 10. Walking distance to Texas Children's Midtown Pediatrics and St. Joseph's Hospital. Easy commute to restaurants and bistros.
