- Dining room to seat 8 people with ocean views
- Ceiling fans throughout

- Large Balcony for entertaining with breathtaking ocean views and breezes

- Fourth Bedroom - 2x Single Beds
- Fifth Bedroom - 1x Double Bed
- 3rd Bathroom with Shower, vanity and toilet
- Family room/Children's retreat with Lounge, Television and Ping Pong table.
- Ceiling Fans
- Single lock-up Garage plus Carport and plenty of room for the boat.
- Pets are strictly NOT permitted - Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome by
prior arrangement.
- Directly across the road is access to swimming beaches, Parks and BBQ facilities. A short drive away is the free Water Park, local Restaurants/Cafe's, Hotels, Shops, Shopping Centre, Gatakers boat ramp and the ferry to Fraser Island.

Great location for a relaxing holiday

Perfect accommodation which suited our two families perfectly. Plenty of space for all of us. I loved the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped, there was so much crockery and cutlery. The amenities covered all of our needs. The location was lovely, not too busy. Opposite a playground and the beach. We saw turtles swimming close to shore at dusk, followed by a great sunset.
