Welcome to Rocky River Beach! This is newly remodeled & perfect for your next family getaway! The home sits close to the Slab & on the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. It includes 2 adult kayaks, 1 youth kayak, & SUP! Enjoy the large yard. After a fun day in the sun relax in the hammock under the trees or push the kiddos in the tire swing! Grab a cocktail & sit around the firepit on cooler nights or watch the sunset from the brand-new deck!

Guest will have access to the whole property including the house, carport, and backyard. This property leads all the way down to the river.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $60 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

Beautiful and peaceful

The first night was a bit rough. The water had not been turned on so we weren’t able to use water until the following morning when someone came to turn it on. Freon was low in AC and we waited 4 hours for a repairman. The house finally cooled down after midnight. Once those issues were fixed, we had a lovely time. It was a much needed break from the city. Property management was quick to respond and overall I would say it was almost perfect.

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for two weeks. This home gave us a home away from home feeling. We felt so comfortable and pleased with our stay. The outdoor living and view was a wonderful oasis. We hope to visit for years to come. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We absolutely loved our little family getaway here. It was the perfect blend of feeling like home and like a vacation. Very easy to settle right in—stocked with pretty much everything we could have possibly needed, and then some. The cleanliness and attention to detail in every room and outside was so so appreciated, like plates and utensils for kiddos. And big, fluffy bath towels. And comfy mattresses and pillows. And so many amenities that I wish we could have tried them all. We spent most of our daytime out by the water, but we also really enjoyed the cozy seating around the stocked fire pit, the blackstone grill, and of course the hammock and tire swing were a big hit for our kiddos! And we loved how quiet the area was, whether we were sitting by the water, or sitting out on the back porch. The sunsets were beautiful, and out of all the wildlife we saw, the hummingbirds were the best surprise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much. We could definitely feel the care that the owners have put into this place. Thank you so much for a lovely stay—we are eager for a return trip soon!
