This apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the old town of Brasov - Piata sfatului. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the black church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the council house (Casa Sfatului) to the right.
Built during the austro-hungarian empire in 1890 by david mandl and Rosa Aron, the house was used by a bank (Societatea Bancara Romana) in 1930's and poorly adapted for working class dwelling during the 1950's. The beautiful metal gate, the windows from the building doors, and the balcony floors, still bear the inscription SBR (Societatea Bancara Romana). We have preserved and restored the large double doors and the old parquet - which may squeak and crack under your feet.
The apartment is located on the second floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The living room has a wide sofa and two armchairs, 42 inch HDTV with cable (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian), WIFI access, and it opens in a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove).
The apartment also features two bedrooms - a master bedroom with view to the square and a smaller bedroom with vie to the courtyard. The spacious bathroom is covered with warm-colored Vratza limestone and has a minimalist design. It includes Villeroy&Boch bathtub, WC, a double sink as well as a shower cabin with Hansgrohe Raindance shower. Everything inside is brand new and top of the line done in modern style. This apartment is the ultimate luxury that Brasov has to offer in the absolutely most charming central location.
This ultra luxurious and brand newly renovated 3 room apartment is located in the very heart of Brasov's historic district directly next to the main square of Piata Sfatului and near all of downtown Brasov attractions including the well-known Biserica Neagra which is across the square. Dozens of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs are all nearby.
