This is a large 1425 square foot condo that sleeps 8. It has 2 private bedrooms + a bedroom loft. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub. The upstairs bedroom a queen bed, the loft a double futon bed, and the living room a fold out couch. It has a large living room with gas fireplace, a well-appointed full kitchen, a dining area, and 3 full bathrooms.

Swan Mountain Resort is situated in a private setting near Lake Dillon and is surrounded by the snowcapped peaks of the Arapahoe National Forest, providing 360 degree views of pure alpine ambiance. It is minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge ski areas. On-site there is a game room, exercise room, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, and plenty of parking.

The on-site Concierge Service can book all of your activities and dinner reservations. They have weekly planned resort activities and movies and games are available in the office. When winter's magic takes hold, skiing and boarding come alive with challenging downhill runs or peaceful cross-country trails. The resort allows NO PETS and NO SMOKING. You will be fined or asked to leave if you have pets anywhere on the property or you smoke in the unit. Please be respectful of the resort rules.
