Enjoy the Lagoon Life at this 4 bedroom LBI cape with bay views 153239

Enjoy the Lagoon Life at this new to the rental market, 4 bedroom LBI cape with bay views from the front and back yard. There is central a/c. There are two thermostats, one inside the upstairs bedroom where the porch (just inside the interior door to the left) and one downstairs in the hall wall between the two bedrooms. Both must be on and turned on high to get cold. In addition, there are two window units for the upper back bedroom and the lower back bedroom. There is a ladder for the lagoon. Bring your boat to take a sunset cruise on Barnegat Bay. Walking distance to beach, shops and eateries. Woodies Drive-in, The Local Market & Kitchen, LBI Table and Our endless summer arcade & ice cream.

All will enjoy water activities: Kayaking, swimming or paddle boarding in the back yard or bring the surf board up to the beach. Only steps across the street children can play in the bay front park.

Enjoy the cool breeze in the screened in porch, or soak in the hot tub under the stars.

the 2 large 1st floor bedrooms are great for those who have trouble with stairs.



Pets may be considered based upon size, age and breed.
