Love the Timberline area.

Love the Timberline area. Easy to disconnect at a very affordable price. The area allows you to be as active or couch potato as you like. Staff at Mountain Top have always been friendly and helpful. We have been visiting area for 27 years and have always used Mountain Top.

Nice stay for a hiking getaway with my husband. We hiked the Dolly Sods and Blackwater State Park, this was the perfect location to explore hiking trails in the area.

Great summer getaway!

Perfect place to get away for a weekend! In the winter it is probably full of people but in the off season it was quiet. You are close enough to main towns to get anything you may need. The place had everything we needed (linens, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.).

Perfect Pet Friendly Location

Walk to slopes, cozy apartment, let's the dog come too! High quality appliances, utensils, kitchen tools, etc. Really super fun selection of VHS cassettes and cable! What more could you ask for? Maybe a few games in that table that doubles as a storage bin?

Perfect place to spend a quiet weekend in the summer. You can go walking around the ski area and get to everything you could need with a 15 minute drive! Your team was fantastic! We had a minor issue with the electric and they did offer to get an electrician out but we said it was fine. They also allowed us to check out at noon vs 1030 which was perfect.

Perfect mountain getaway

Great mountain getaway property. It was cozy and had all the furnishings we needed for a long weekend. The pet friendly unit was perfect to take our dog and we were very comfortable. The layout with the kitchen connected to cozy living room eith fireplace was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Others have mentioned the toilet not flushing properly which was a concern, but as long as we held the handle down longer it wasn't a big problem. Having to take the trash down the road to the office wasn't convenient since we don't have a truck, so we recommend bringing a couple large black trashbags to put it in for extra protection in the trunk. We'd definitely stay again and hope we're able to during ski season for a couple nights.

Perfect Location, Poor Maintenance

Nicely decorated and close to hikes and Davis. Fridge and microwave didn’t work Toilet required extra water in tank to flush Left message and message was missed. As a result, no maintenance on first day. 2nd day refrigerator and microwave fixed, but toilet wasn’t. You need to take your trash when you leave to the Timberline dumpster, but we could not find it. We had to take our trash home with us. Was the perfect place for our weekend getaway if maintenance wasn’t a problem.

Whoever answered the phone at the office about the beeping coming from the control panel in the closet, had an attitude and said “well did you look at the reading?” The company sent a minimum of 6 emails which is ridiculous, obviously we did not memorize all of the emails

The only potential issue was that the door handle seemed to stick so even when the door was unlocked

The only potential issue was that the door handle seemed to stick so even when the door was unlocked, sometimes the lock wouldnt engage. You might want to get a locksmith to fix it. We managed to get in every time, but it requires some finessing. Excellent, clear instructions and easy check-in/ check-out.
