Wooden Boardwalks
Cedars is broken up into three sections, the 500’s the 600’s and the 800’s, that connect through idyllic wooden boardwalks woven through picturesque mangroves. At night when the lanterns are lit it is a sight to behold.

Host was hit or miss on attention. Some issues were immediately followed up on. Others were responded wish automatic replies. There were some inaccuracies on the advertising as well. And some severe cleanliness problems. Condo is outdated and needs a good cleaning. Smells like pets on the furniture. Kitchen wasn’t well stocked.

We had a week stay at this well located property. One issue on arrival was addressed promptly through the property manager who was easy to communicate with. Very well furnished property with excellent facilities on the cedars east complex. We particularly enjoyed the tennis. Constructive feedback is to make the beach access clearer as we struggled to locate, but did not detract from a great stay. We hope to be back!

Perfect family friendly

We enjoyed our time here. Check-in and checkout was smooth. It was clean, bonus for amenities. Location is amazing and close to everything, from shopping spots to different beaches. We enjoyed a different beach location along Anna Maria Island each day: from a 2 minute walk to the beach near the house to a small drive to Siesta Key and Lido beach. Terry, Sandy, & Family thanks for hosting our family in your beautiful resort!

The house could use some deep cleaning and some attention. The kitchen cabinet fronts and blinds in the kitchen need cleaning. There was only a bare minimum of chipped dishes and glasses. We rolled up the pee-stained rug in the living room and put it in the garage that we were unable to use because the owners car was in there. We had to buy a Fire Stick to get YouTube TV app because we could not download it on the Roku in the house. The master bedroom mattress cover was torn and had a mysterious yellow-stain. The bedding was just a duvet insert with no cover. We like staying Cedars East for the tennis but this unit needs some love.

This home was well equipped with a nice relaxing pool, tennis and close to the beach. We enjoyed nightly sunsets and walks on pristine beaches. The management was just a text away and very prompt with replies.replies. ILongboat Keys is quieter

Nice geet away in Longboat Key

The property was nice. A couple of items were left by the cleaning staff but quickly remedied. An ample amount of amenities were left for our use for the week and the wagon for the beach filled with lots of toys and chairs was great.

we stayed at Cedars properties previously.... many years ago. love the location. all amenities were there as promised, plenty of glassware, coffee cups, etc. love the fact that there are multiple tv sets, especially the ROKU. plenty of towels, beach towels too! also loved the fact that are 2 A/C units - one for upstairs and one for down.... only used the king sized bed.. very comfortable.

Nice Stay in Longboat Key

My wife and I just finished a very nice stay at this property in Longboat key. The property is a three level townhouse with a garage on the lower level, kitchen and main living area on the main floor and two bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room upstairs. Overall the townhouse was very clean with new looking hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds and furniture. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is a short walk away, and there are ample chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon in the garage. We also appreciated having access to the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Terry was very responsive and helpful throughout the rental, check in and check out process. We will definitely consider renting again in the future!

Incorrect listing

The condo was as advertised and we were comfortable there. The issue was the 2 minute walk for beach access that was promised. When we walked to the access point we were confronted with a sign that said “No beach access for East Cedar condos. Violators will be prosecuted.”
