Great location, needs an update

Dishes that were there needed to be cleaned before use. Other unit that was booked by a friend was better equipped and updated but I paid the same price. Amazing location, very close to everything. Rest of the unit was clean.

Expensive per night Tarif for 6 night stay and very average appearance. Maintenance required, eg - front door flyscreen needs repair, wall patched and not painted, a weird stainless steel frame on the wall? Two tv screens, one in front of the other? Fix The fridge - had no door holders so very limited space - no ice cube tray No light in the bedroom, only bedsides and the ceiling fan needs maintenance as it squeaks very loudly. No fan in the bunk room!! 1 small chux! 1 extra bin bag - given the Tarif, I’m sure a few extra of each is possible. No toilet cleaner, 1 small toilet roll - Awful and cheap linen and cheap furniture. The complex is old, needs a paint but clean. I suggest a full paint, and refit and maintenance of fixtures and fittings. Reconsider paint colour and decor to consider the Kalbarri very hot landscape. Paprika is not a great colour choice! Consider images of Kalbarri or wa rather than cheap Kmart generic pictures. We left 3 days early as Kalbarri was extremely hot, flies and windy - we did all coastal tourist attractions which were amazing and we loved - the gorges are closed due to extreme heat and totally dry and I think the Tarif should reflect the availability of tourist attractions. I sincerely got the owners are made aware of the above. Thanks
