We had a lovely, lovely week!! The house is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor space in particular. It is also near lots of good trails for running and close to Main Street.

Our extended family made this home our headquarters for a PEC vacation and family reunion. The layout was excellent for 8 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs, with separate areas for sleeping and visiting. The pool table was a popular activity for all ages. We appreciated the proximity to shopping and wineries, and took advantage of the park passes to enjoy Sandbanks and North Beach. Scott was an excellent host and responsive to our needs. We would not hesitate to book this rental again.

Great spot for a weekend in PEC

Scott was an excellent host. The home was clean, beautifully renovated, conveniently located and the perfect home base for our group of 10 during our long weekend stay in PEC.

Pleasant Family Stay

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The home has quite a bit of room and the basement living room is a very cozy spot with space for the whole family to relax together. There are many restaurants and shops within a 15-20 minute walk and the house is nestled in a quiet, peaceful area. We especially loved the game room - the pool table is in great shape and the host had everything needed for a good game of pool. I recommend this place, we would definitely stay again!

Great property and location in downtown Picton.The only feedback I have is that a number of expected common items were not available and we had to follow up with the manager or buy things ourselves. (I.e. dishwasher pods, cooking oil, paper towels, etc.)

We visited PEC for our annual Christmas get together with our 3 girls and their families. There were 8 adults and 5 children. Sleeping accommodations worked out well as one of the children slept in a travel crib in his parent’s room. The place was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a big hit! Scott, our host, was second to none. He was always very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Thank you for hosting us at your property. Debbie

Maison de vacances parfaite pour la famille

Ambiance très agréable et confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable. Vraiment bien situé; on peut marcher pour aller au dépanneur! Quartier tranquille mais à proximité de la rue principale de Picton. Les matelas et literie de très très bonne qualité :)

Beautiful Space in a Beautiful Place

Lovely home, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Picton so very convenient. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and amenities great, kitchen well-stocked. Scott was great with communication, throughout the booking process and after we checked in, answering any questions we had quickly. Hope to come back soon!
