You’ll instantly feel rejuvenated with two King bedrooms, a vibrant kitchen overlooking the pool, spacious living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, dining room and sun room. Work from anywhere with a well-appointed workspace and highspeed WiFi. Located in the historic Indian Beach area just 500 feet from Sarasota Bay and a short drive to Downtown Sarasota, Ringling Museum, St. Armands Circle, Jungle Gardens, Asolo Repertory Theater and the world-famous Lido and Siesta Key Beaches.

*This home is recommended for families with older children, as the outdoor pool does not have a safety gate. Alarms have been added to all doors that provide direct pool access.

Nice house

The family loved the house, especially the backyard. Easy drive to the beaches and restaurants. Bonus - got to see peacocks in the front yard most mornings!

Great Place in Indian Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect spot for a comfortable and relaxing stay with my daughter. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle with a taste of “old Sarasota.” The home was spotless upon our arrival and had all of the essentials to get us going — toiletries, coffee, and dish washing supplies. The space is nicely appointed and comfortable for 2-4 people. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for lounging. And very close to the airport which was very convenient. A great place overall.

Great Escapel

What a wonderful, not overstated, terrifically located property! Needed to work while visiting, WiFi was excellent! Air conditioning for those not acclimated to the heat was def not cool enough, but that was a personal issue. Loved our time here!!

Great Experience

Home was immaculate, nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was great and very relaxing. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Positive and negative

House is clean and attractive, true to pictures. Backyard pool is very nice, could not use as much as we hoped due to weather. Property managers were responsive to some small problems with our stay. Check in was easy. A little disconcerting that we never received the partial refund we were promised due to some issues with our stay. The house is in a residential neighborhood that is a short driving distance to everything. There are no “spring break parties” or big noise at night, however there is CONSTANT activity and noise during the day - construction, noisy landscaper crews with blowers/cutters, pool cleaners and so on. Not as peaceful as we had hoped, to enjoy the beautiful backyard! Probably will not return.
