The house was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Also very close to the Legacy Bike Trail which you can easily ride to from the house. Beds are comfortable and the towels were great, along with the water pressure.

Great house, pool, and location. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved that the house was stocked with beach towels, chairs, and even a small cooler. Wished the couch was more comfortable for movie night. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Choice for a Comfortable Stay

This was a great space for us girls to celebrate a bride before her big day! Easy access to the grocery store and restaurants and the beach. Would love to stay again and check out all the bike trails!

We would stay again!

This house was clean, comfortable and well stocked and felt like home in just a short amont of time. Landon quickly responded while we were there. Check in and out was a breeze and we were only about 10 minutes from grocery stores and 15 from shopping and Siesta Key beach. I am so glad we chose this property and would stay again!

Girls Bach Trip

The house was cute, clean and had enough space for 8 adults. Nice living room/dining/kitchen area that's open to hang out. Nice outside pool area. The neighborhood felt safe. Location was close to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. Communication with the owner was great. Overall, excellent experience and everyone was happy with the house.

Home away from home

This property was booked in a rush as a last minute decision on a getaway. What we found was a nicely decorated three bedroom house that was well appointed and spotless. There was nothing left out in the accessories. The appliances were all in good order and the cutlery, crockery and glassware in better order than a normal rental. I would return without hesitation.
