We invite you to come and relax in our beautiful new high-tech home with an oversized & heated 1 car garage. You'll love the quiet setting of this duplex home with breathtaking views of the continental divide and backdoor access to an extensive open space area within the Grand Park community that features trout fishing, hiking, biking, and snowshoeing. The Grand Park Rec Center, The Foundry Cinema and Bowl, and the Winter Park Market are just a short walk from our home in the Grand Park Village. Winter Park's town center is less than a mile away and the Winter Park Ski Resort is only 2.5 miles down the road. We are on the bus route!

Our home features all new furnishings with a focus on high-tech amenities like:

Your “Master Retreat” sits upstairs and features a king-size bed with a plush Sealy Posturepedic mattress you can fade into after a long day of skiing or hiking, a dresser with cedar-lined drawers, a nightstand, and an attached master bath providing an oasis of privacy.

The “Aspen Room” features a uniquely designed aspen bunk bed with a queen-size plush Sealy Posturepedic mattress on the bottom and an extended twin-size Doctor’s Choice mattress on the top bunk, a 6 drawer dresser, and a log stump nightstand. The 2nd full bath is conveniently located just outside your door.

Our "Barn Bedroom" is the smallest of the 3 and with plenty of room for a queen size Barn wood bed underneath drawers and a very comfortable Doctor's Choice mattress.

The exquisite kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar that comfortably seats 5, modern appliances, and all of the kitchen utensils you could possibly need for a week-long stay in the mountains. Plus a few additional items: waffle iron, 7 qt. crock-pot, spice rack, gourmet coffee maker, and a traditional teapot for our European guests who enjoy their afternoon tea.

A large dining room will easily accommodate 8 at the table with unobstructed views of the mountain tops that surround the Fraser Valley.

Our living room sits on the main floor and is distinctively “Moosey” with a rich brown leather couch & love seat situated around a gas log fireplace. The couch is a queen size sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This main floor also has a half bath and covered patio with a new Bullfrog hot tub and a gas grill.

Our goal is that your stay will create as many wonderful, memorable moments as it has for our family.

Great Short Stay!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay with our adult son at John's comfortable home. The property was spotless and comfortable, and the hot tub was excellent after long days of hiking. Beautiful views too! We also enjoyed the proximity to many good food and beverage choices. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

Great family ski week

We stayed at this property a few years ago and happy to return with our family. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining. Hot tub and some mores on the patio. Owners very easy to work with. We hope to return next winter.

Relaxing July 4th Weekend

We had a great time at this property, relaxing for a long weekend in a beautiful setting. The game tables and board games were a hit with our daughter, as was the rustic bunk bed. She was very excited to sleep in a tree bed!

Fraser Mountain home retreat

Fantastic experience at a wonderful property! The location was very convenient to everything in Fraser/Winter Park. The property was very clean, had everything we needed (and more), and the owner John was incredibly responsive. The views of the sunrises over the mountains from the kitchen and patio were beautiful and the hummingbirds at the feeder were fun to watch. Lots of nice touches and amenities in this well maintained home that the owners clearly take pride in.

A wonderful, welcoming, comfortable place!

The moment everyone walked through the front door they loved the place. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a great location. We did not want to be in crowded touristy place. Loved the cows down in the meadow, the hummingbirds, and just being with nature. Every night we enjoyed the hot tub. We loved taking the Gondola at Winter Park and hiking at the top. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you John Patrick!

Wonderful property and the best hosts we've had so far!

The unit was perfect for our family of four. It was well stocked with all the basics (toilet paper, paper towels, spices etc) and then some (bikes, games, spa towels and robes, and more)! The location was close to everything and the views were magnificent! These were by far the best VRBO hosts I've dealt with. Their communications were clear and they were very quick to respond to any questions. They checked in with us the day we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. Had there been any issues, they would have gladly taken care of it right away.

Amazing Mountain Get Away (+ close to denver)

We had a great time at the house! The amenities and hospitality we exceeded expectations. We loved sitting on the back patio looking at the stars in the hot tub and while sitting around the fire pit. (The view of the mountains out the back and the hot tub were the main reasons we picked this spot, and it did not disappoint at all.) The house had all the small things that most Vrbo’s miss: spices, paper towels, plenty of regular towels+hot tub towels, robes, toilet paper, shampoo/condition, games, speakers, plenty of dishwater/tupperware/serving dishes. Also- the beds were very comfortable and the information sheet about the area that John and Angela provided was very helpful for planning our activities! 10/10 would stay again.

Feels just like home!! Perfect location!

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about this home - we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and immediately felt at home - furnished throughout with high end furniture, we were very comfortable - we spent lots of time playing checkers, foosball and soaking in the the hot tub - not to mention all of the electronic entertainment options from hundreds of channels in HD to the Xbox 360 - the location of this home is perfect, just minutes from everything you would want to do and multiple restaurants - we took advantage of the snow car tours at winter park resort and tubing at the Fraser tubing hill - just around the corner there is also a movie theatre and bowling alley - don’t miss out on Hernando’s - some of the best pizza we have ever had - John was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and accommodated an early check in/late check out which was very helpful for our family of 7 - will definitely be back here again!

Great place and great location…..

Stayed at this house for a friends’ ski trip that we do each year in Winter Park so we know the area well. This house was in a great location to the center of town and all the restaurants. Also a hop, skip and a jump from Safeway which was super convenient. And it’s only a short 10 min drive to Winter Park Resort to ski. The house was just as advertised. Had plenty of room for us and was laid out very nicely. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Also had a nice foosball table which was fun to play. Best part for us, however, was the hot tub on the patio. We used that everyday after a long day of skiing and it was great. I had a couple questions for John the owner when we first got there and he was super responsive. That is one of the most important things I look for in a vrbo. All in all, it was a great house with a great location and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and everything was. as advertised. Shuttle stop was about eight houses away so not too bad. Wish there was more casual seating in the living room. A couch and love seat wasn’t enough for the six people we had, but that was the only improvement we would suggest.

Two families of four stayed for three nights to ski. House had plenty of room for all of us. Check in process was easy and very accommodating. Hot tub on back porch off of the main living room was great after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was set up for cooking all of our meals with plenty of room for everyone to eat. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect family property for winter activities

Our family loved this property. Good location proximate to Winter Park, tubing, snowshoeing, grocery store, rec center, granby and grand lake. The stop for the ski shuttle is a really good one: only a couple of stops between the house and WP (we rented a ski locker at WP, which helped make the ski commute even easier). We enjoyed the hot tub and yard just off the living room and also appreciate the excellent communication from the owners. Thank you!

We’re a family of 4, living in the Colorado Springs area since 1995, having moved here from Iowa & Oklahoma. We have two children who are native-born Coloradans and sometimes take for granted the amazing beauty of our state. Our family enjoys hiking, skiing, golf, swimming, fishing, boating, and biking.

Why they chose this property

It is less than a two-hour driving distance from our home and we love the small-town atmosphere that has been lost at most of the ski mountains in Colorado but still exists here in Winter Park & Fraser. It has world-class skiing and the wildlife in the area provides ample opportunities for me to pursue my passion for photography. We are an active family and we chose this place because there is so much you can do year-round in Grand County.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the newest homes in the Winter Park area. Our furnishings are new, Including a new Bullfrog Hot tub!

We are right on the bus route which helps to avoid the crowded parking at the resort and for summer events.

The Grand Park community offers stocked fishing ponds and groomed ski/snowshoe trails right outside our back door. You can soak in the hot tub while you gaze at the peaks that surround the Fraser Valley.

Our Vacation home is a quick walk down the trail to the Grand Park Recreational center that has indoor pools, water slides, and a lazy river, along with a climbing wall.
