Great Stay!!

The house was nice, it was very clean, the beds were very comfy and the location was great. The outdoor amenities were wonderful and allowed us to reduce our packing tremendously. The kids loved the game room and spent any non outdoor time downstairs playing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Breeze Hideaway

Really enjoyed this cute cottage. Nice quiet location just s short walk to beach. Everything we needed including bikes that we used almost daily. Would rent again for sure

Great week in a great place, but?

The stay at Beech Breeze Hideaway was great. The home was very tastefully decorated and you could see the owner went with quality on the furnishings. We were only one block from the beach access and there were plenty of items at the home to take and use at the beach. Although the umbrellas are in need of replacing. The only downside we experienced was with the A/C the thermostat was a bit temperamental but we advised Duncan of the issue and feel sure it has been corrected. Duncan Realty was super to deal with and will not hesitate to use them again for an AMI rental!

Delightful Stay on Anna Maria Island

Beach Breeze Hideaway was perfect for our family. Our 2 grandsons loved the recreation room with the Foosball Table and sleeping accomodations with TV and their own private 3/4 bath. The house was plentifully supplied with nice furniture, linens, towels, dishes etc. We did buy our own paper products and groceries, some other supplies. Duncan Realty provided several prep-emails advising us of what to expect. When we called them, they were always happy to answer questions. The house is not large, but three different patio/decks plus a split level plan (only 6 steps up to two bedrooms and a full bath and 6 steps down to the recreation room with living, dining room and kitchen on main level) created lots of privacy areas. We also enjoyed a beautiful, easy-to-use fire-pit; we used the grill almost every day. Both were clean, easy to operate and well-supplied with propane. This rental also came well-supplied with 6 nice bikes, beach umbrellas, etc., as shown in the photo. We had three generations, 4 adults and two kids, having a lot of fun on Anna Maria Island! Thumbs Up!!!

Beautiful Anna Maria Island

Island Maria Island is a gem! Very family oriented. Beaches are gorgeous and super clean. No big crowds just families enjoying some sun, sand and sea. The house we rented was cute and cozy. Easy short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to everywhere on the north tip of the island. Can’t wait to go back to AMI. If you visit don’t forget to watch the sunsets from the beach they are stunning!

Wonderful Christmas experience

5 stars is not enough! This is an excellent property. Loved everything about the house. Thanks for the Christmas tree and lovely gift basket. Everything exceded our expectations.

home away from home

We really enjoyed our family time here. Had plenty of items in the house to use for the beach and to keep busy while we stayed in! Everything was very clean and well kept. Petra at Duncan was just wonderful!

Great place for families!!

The house was decorated super cute! My kids loved having the extra space, which in turn we loved because the adults were able to hangout too. The house was stocked with so much stuff we didn’t have to unload everything we brought. The only thing it was missing for us was a stroller! The walk wasn’t too bad especially with the wagon but we ended up driving to 74 ST. just because we could park and didn’t have to drag the baby in the heat. It was a wonderful time! I noticed an issue and contacted the owners and the office staff were quick to respond and offered to come right away from the office to check it out. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great central location

We had a great time on Anna Maria Island and this house was perfect for us. It isn't the biggest house, but was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We ended up using our air mattress in the basement level/playroom and it worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Just a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach. And having the bikes was really great...we only had to rent one extra. Thank you, owners, for the welcome gift and for having a small Christmas tree! And for allowing us to bring our small dog. It was a perfect vacation.

Paradise

The booking process, check-in and check-out was easy and everyone at Duncan Rentals were very friendly. The property was a dream! Very cozy and definitely felt like home away from home. Anna Maria Island is a beautiful paradise. We will be coming back for sure and will try to rent the same beach house.

The best vacation we’ve ever had!

This vacation was the best we’ve ever had!!!! We started off every day with a 2hr bike ride. The bikes were in great shape and perfect for the adults and kids. We saw the entire island on our bike rides. We loved the beach toys and the cart and it was just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and more. My 9 yr old grandson said it was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept on! It was clean and beautifully decorated and felt like home! We’re going to miss it!

Wonderful stay! Exactly as advertised!

So I try to make reviews answer questions I had when booking the place. To that end, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. This place was beautiful and more than worth the price we paid. All of the beach gear in the picture was present and in excellent condition.The house was clean when we arrived and stocked with enough toiletries to get us started. The kitchen had more than enough cooking equipment (utensils, pots/pans,plates,etc) to let us prepare and enjoy pretty much any meal we could imagine. The grill was great to use with plenty of propane available. It helped keep things cool when making dinner on hot June nights. The air conditioning worked great and was a nice relief from the heat when we finished our short walks from the beach. I loved having a beach cart and plenty of umbrellas/canopies available to help shade us for our trip to the beach. We did rent a sunshade from BeachBums because we wanted the UPF protection as some of us in our party are of Irish decent! The house was quiet and calm at night which we loved. Both the open front porch and the screened in back porch were nice places to sit. Duncan Real Estate provided good communication to us prior to arrival and though we did not need them for any issues during our stay I felt pretty confident they would handle any problems without trouble. Again, we would stay here another time in a heartbeat. What a fantastic home, we will be back!!

Just perfect!

This house has everything you could want. We spent mornings on the front deck, afternoons on the back deck, and used the fire pit in the evenings. It's a short walk to the big beach & very close to both the Holmes beach and Anna Maria business areas.

Perfect vacation home in a great location!

Prepare to be pampered! As soon as you walk in the door of Beach Breeze Hideaway, you feel the peace and tranquility of this lovely home. The owners thought of everything and you lack for nothing when you stay here! We walked to the private beach that is so beautiful we never wanted to leave! The location of this home is great as we were close to shopping and fantastic restaurants! Don’t hesitate to rent this amazing home that is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to just unpack and relax! We will return for sure!

Beautiful & Relaxing ... We will be back!

My wife and I along with our two daughters stayed for a week and loved relaxing in such a beautiful place. Everything was new and looked freshly renovated. We decided to stay at this spot because it was listed as a New Listing on this site and the pictures looked amazing. When we arrived, we immediately felt at home. This place is very cozy with lots of room. It is split on 3 levels and felt very open. We loved spending time on the front porch - lots of room to party and have a good time. Super close to the beach (right around the corner - easy short walk to get there). There were also lots of nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Of course the beach and weather were beautiful. We've stayed at a few places but will likely return here since it was so new and clean. Highly recommended.

What a great get away!

Such a beautiful, comfortable, updated vacation spot, with just a easy couple of blocks walk to the beach! Great for families, or just a relaxing romantic get away! Newly renovated! New TVs, two relaxing patios with grill! Full size washer and dryer are great for taking clean clothes home! Everything you need but your toothbrush!
