Very safe, quiet, and clean. Great pool and garage parking options. We had a great time. No good dining options and communication was lacking. Overall, it was good.
The property was as described. The owner Scott was very resposive and friendly. The condo is located righf next to the slopes and lifts at brian head resort. Overall a nice place to spend the night during a ski/snowboarding trip.
Fun to stay on mountain. Ski in / out. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

Scott is a great host. The property was conveniently located to the Brian head ski lifts. Great area for kids to play in the snow just outside the condo. Elevator wasn't working and spa had hair and lint floaties but was nice and hot. Made it easy to relax and still a good time for the kids. Will definitely be back!
Property manager Scott was very attentive, very good at replying and answering my questions. The property was clean. It was comfortable. It was in a good location, and I will definitely be back.
Unit was good for what we were looking for and needed. Host was accessible and process clean. We enjoyed our two days of skiing and the unit was a nice reprieve.

Nice studio, well equipped and very good value for the money despite not being able to ski in/out due to the new condos being built. Scott is very nice and responsive.
by far the best experience me and my kids could have had. When we arrived the pool was closed for renovation, so Scott gave us all unlimited access to the private jacuzzi in his south penthouse. So beautiful and the drinks and unlimited snacks were great. Such a great experience that were returning in October and can’t wait to play and relax in the new pool. I highly recommend if your traveling to stay in one his rentals. You will feel at home!!

This was perfect for a ski trip with our kids ages 4-15. The condo was clean with the exception of some chocolate melted on the extra foam pad that we used for a kiddo on the floor. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order and we had a great time. I feel like the Copper Chase common area could have used some basic cleaning, vacuuming/etc with everyone tracking in mud from ski boots. Will probably go again with the kids.
We booked thinking we'd have access to the pool and hot tub. 2 days before we arrived the owner let me know the pool was be renovated. I would have booked another place. He did offer to pay for another pool 15 minutes away in Parawon. The 2nd window was broken so you can't open to let air in. A lot of construction going on with some new condo next door.
The property was great, the person we communicated with was snide, condescending and rude. We had trouble finding the place and called he was rude, the room was super hot and we turned off the thermostat and it still didn’t cool down I contacted him again and he was very abrupt and rude. Acted like I was stupid and annoying.

False advertising
This is not a place to stay with a family. It’s more of a frat house. It absolutely does not accommodate 7 people. 2 bunk beds and a queen. The seventh person is supposed to sleep on a pad on the floor! The pad is torn in many places. This place is so small that there was only a sliver of floor to put the pad down on. Once the ripped/tore pad was on the floor, you couldn’t even walk to the bathroom. No dishwasher. There is not seating for 7. 4 at the dining table and 2 bar stools. I am pretty sure that a wide angle lens was used to take the photo. False advertising. I am sure that someone might like to stay here…but I would not recommend this place for a family. By the way, the carpet was filthy.

Brenda did NOT read the property description as it is advertised 100 percent correct. Brenda broke the rules and left the condo a total mess. This condo is for a maximum of 4 adults. You can NOT pack this condo with the number of guests that Brenda tried to do. There are 5 beds and Brenda claimed to book for 5 guests. There is a queen size bed and two single over single bunk beds. I.e. a couple and their children are ideal. This is NOT a FRAT HOUSE and such bookings will not be tolerated. There is NO pad on the floor for sleeping. That pad Brenda speaks about is part of a sealed Pack 'n Play for a small child. Seriously! There is an optional folding mattress provided with bedding. Using it takes a lot of floor space. Brenda should have booked one of our larger condos that sleep from 8 to 16 guests with 3 bedrooms-2 bath to five plus bedrooms-4 bath and she would have been far more comfortable. The carpet in the condo and all our 10 condos (that have carpet) is regularly cleaned. We do NOT allow shoes to be worn inside any of our condos. FYI: Brenda is unhappy as she was charged extra from her damage deposit as she failed to follow the rules and housekeeping had to clean up food etc. strewn about the condo. We were very disappointed with Brenda's treatment of our condo and will not accept future bookings from her in any of our other 20 plus properties.

The condo amenities were great the room wasn't what i expected
First of all I will share what I liked about the property then I will share what wasn't as enjoyable about my stay. The owner was easy to get a hold of and the check in and check out was flawless. My son spilled some gatorade on one of the bunk beds and she was very understanding about it. She charged a small very reasonable fee to take care of it right away for me before the next tenants got there that night. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a definite plus my kids really enjoyed them. There was a workout room overlooking the pool and a common area with a Foosball table and a TV for guests to relax in. Very nice. I loved the heated garage locate below the buiding that we were able to park in. It was a cold day and i didn't have to park outside in the blizzard like weathe. I also liked the elevators that took us up to our room. The bathroom in the room had a jetted tub. There were misc. games for the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen supplies one would need to eat a meal but we could only find 2 bowls for cereal. Since there was 7 of us, we had to go to the store to get more bowls. The room was generally very clean. The bathroom could've been cleaner. The toilet and the tub had lingering hair from the previous people. My wife ended up not taking a bath because of it. The ad read "sleeps 7 in beds" but it actually only sleeps 6 in beds with a 3" pad that can be layed on the ground for a 7th person. So there is a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. The room is a studio not a 1 bedroom. The ad had a picture of a different bed that led me to believe that there was a separate bedroom apart from the main room but there's not. The ad said it had "cable tv" which it doesn't have. It did have wifi and a smart bluray player so it had netflix, ect. but no cable tv. The queen bed my wife and i slept on was not much better than a 3" pad on the ground. I tried it. It was the most uncomfortable bed i have slept on in a while. The room was hot all night even after turning the thermostat down to 45 degrees at 2:00 AM. It never cooled down for some reason. There is no air conditioning. Even though my experience of the condo and all it's amenities were enjoyable and fun i would not stay in this room again just because of the bed.

Blain was a fantastic guest. The TV DOES have digital cable HD TV. I do not know why Blain could not figure it out. It works perfectly. There is NO air conditioning. However, the temperature outside is freezing so opening the windows would quickly cool the condo if needed. The Queen mattress is a very good mattress I am not sure why Blain did not like it. The floor futon is for the seventh guest if needed. This is a studio NOT a one bedroom. I.e. It is like a hotel room. Great for families with children due to the bunk beds and low price. This condo is recently remodeled and very modern with new appliances, and tile throughout.
