For fun drinks, enjoy the Margaritaville blender. No need to purchase any paper products and cleaning materials; everything is provided.

This spacious property offers comfortable sleeping arrangements to accommodate various group sizes and preferences (designed for up to14 guests). The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and equipped with complimentary hospitality kits for each guest, fun kit for each child, plush towels, pool towels, TV, and ceiling fan and with the following configurations:

• Bedroom #1: king bed, 2 twins, computer area, ensuite bath, sleeps 4
• Bedroom #2: queen bed, sleeps 2
• Bedroom #3: king bed, sleeps 2
• Bedroom #4: queen and twin XL beds sleeps 3
• Bedroom #5: queen sleeps 2. In 7/2024, 2 full beds will replace queen
to sleep 2-4.

Featuring 4 bathrooms each with hairdryers, towels, bath tissue, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Kleenex provided for convenience and comfort. The layout includes:
• Ensuite bathroom in bedroom #1, with two separate vanities, shower,
soaking tub, and a separate toilet area for added privacy.
• A convenient half bathroom located across from bedroom #2.
• A shared bathroom accessible through separate doors in bedrooms #3
and #4. This bathroom offers two vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a
separate toilet room for privacy.
• A bathroom with a shower located next to bedroom #5, providing easy
access for guests staying in this room.

With well-appointed bedroom and bathroom amenities, guests can enjoy a relaxing and welcoming stay.

This vacation rental is also perfect for families with children, as it is kid-friendly and can be equipped with various amenities tailored for young guests. Child-proof locks on doors ensure safety, while a selection of children's toys provide entertainment. Additionally, we offer infant and toddler essentials including a Pac n play, stroller, highchair, and booster seat, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with little ones.

For those seeking to indulge in the pool and spa experience, pool heating at 86 degrees is available upon request ($75/night), ensuring optimal comfort during the fall, winter, and spring months. The spa heats at 101 degrees.
