This holiday home is on a corner block with fully fenced yard with plenty of space to run around, with 2 sun drenched large decks alfresco dining becomes an ease to enjoy those summer nights. The accommodation provides a master bedroom at one end of the house and 3 further bedrooms. The kitchen provides a breakfast bar and all new appliances including a dishwasher and coffee machine, opening onto the lounge with a cosy open fire place and flows with doors out onto the deck. There is a second lounge perfect for a teenagers retreat, modern main bathroom with shower and laundry. Features split system heating and cooling in living room and Nobu panel heating throughout the bedrooms, off street parking for two and all in a sought-after location close to the Tuckey Track, community tennis court, Tideways Beach and the Sorrento Sailing Club.
