It’s 45 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic).
The property:
The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen has fresh coffee ready for you. The spacious living room includes 3 sofas, a large Roku TV, a 6-person dining table, a bar area for 4, and an informal dining table for 4 in the kitchen.
Upstairs, the "Lost Boys" room sleeps 4 kids, the "Tiger Lily" room has a 50" TV, and the shared bathroom is Mermaid Lagoon-themed. The master suite features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a garden tub and shower.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home and all resort amenities, including the gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas.
Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed.
Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.
Parking Details
The driveway fits 2 medium-sized vehicles comfortably. A third vehicle may be parked carefully, perpendicularly behind the other two. Due to HOA regulations, no additional vehicles are permitted, and street or lawn parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked outside of designated areas are subject to towing as enforced by the HOA.
