A bit disappointed in the entire stay. Facility was clean and had ample parking for our cars and that is really all I can say that is positive. While just over a mile from downtown, it wasn't walkable as told based on almost no sidewalks, There were three hangers total for the 4 bedrooms upstairs. Ran out of garbage bags on day two and more were not brought as they said they would. Floors were more than creaky in the second floor that those sleeping below woke up with simple walking. We have stayed in multiple rental condos over the years and this house was the least prepped for people to actually live for a week. There were notes left for lodgers written on paper towels and taped to a wall. No paper. These are just a few of the issues. Not worth the price at all.

Overall the property was excellent. I called the office for a leaking sink. The repairman came and placed some tape around the leaking hose, which continued to leak, but did not return to fix the problem

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion consisting of 14 people. We were nervous about the small sq. footage and the number of rooms, but we felt quite comfortable and didn't feel on top of each other. The lay out of the house was good and the location is great. The only downside is that the upstair's floors creak A LOT and were annoying to people on both floors. I would stay in this house again and so would the rest of my family members.
