This multi-level home offers comfort and tranquility to large families or groups of friends that want to experience everything that Breckenridge has to offer. Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is spacious enough to accommodate up to 12 guests. With easy access to Peak 9 & Peak 10, you are at the heart of all the excitement.
The Space:
An ideal option for large families or groups of friends, this 3700-square-foot home is the perfect place for you to spread out, relax, and enjoy multiple activities.
The main floor features a spectacular family room, lounge, large kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, and an outdoor patio. Upon entrance, you will immediately see the family room where you can cozy up with your loved ones next to the indoor wood fireplace. Take a seat on the comfortable sectional couch while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Cook a delicious homemade meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of bar seating to keep the chef of your group company while they prepare dinner. Enjoy fun-filled adventure stories with loved ones in the spacious dining area with seating for 8 people plus 4 additional in the breakfast nook.
On this floor, you will also have access to the master bedroom with a king-size bed, an indoor wood fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a huge walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a stunning jacuzzi tub where you can relax after a full day in Breckenridge. The second bedroom, located next to the master bedroom, has a comfortable queen size bed. The main floor also boasts a lounge area with comfortable seating and access to the full bathroom that features a steam room where you can melt your stress away. There is a half bath for other guests to use as well. Don't forget to make your way outside to the wraparound deck, where you can host an afternoon cookout with the bbq grill. Spend the evening with your group outside on the patio with a table and seating for up to 6, while enjoying the serene views and peaceful nature sounds.
The lower level of the house boasts a common area with a pool table, a ping pong table, a flat-screen TV with Sonos, and additional seating. Down the hall, you will have access to a bedroom that has a queen and twin-size beds with an en suite bathroom. The upper level of the house features a loft area with comfortable seating and a desk. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed; the fifth bedroom right next door has a full-size bed with a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on this floor to share.
A washer and dryer are available for your washing needs on the main floor of the house, next to the garage.

Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and 2 parking spots in the garage with 2 additional parking in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood which provides the perfect starting point for hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Access to Peak 9 & Peak 10 is a stone's throw away. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 6-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Winter Shuttle Service available during the ski season: There’s a shuttle stop less than 50 yards from the driveway. Take the shuttle to the Marriot on Columbine Rd. From there, it’s a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.
The Upper Warriors Mark Neighborhood runs a free shuttle every 15 minutes. The Breckenridge historic district is also within a 6-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please park in the garage and driveway, there is no street parking. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.

House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
