This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front entrance, 1 camera is located at the garage entrance, and 1 camera is located at the back entrance of the home. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: If you would like amenity access, the cost for 6 community amenity passes (4 adults, 2 children) is $150 and must be purchased at least 7 days prior to arrival. If you are booking less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you will not be able to access the amenities. Due to HOA regulations, no additional passes can be purchased.
