Everything is brand new. Modern with automation light. Have a stretch ceiling in leaving room. Fireplace, Private outdoor yard with a roofed section and a sunny section. French door. Very cozy ambiance.

Student group retreat
Richard was very flexible, kind, and accommodating for our large group! Richard responded to our messages quickly and was very willing to help us learn how to use the outdoor grill. The property looks exactly like it does in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend!
