Welcome to Starboard Cove. This Luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom, vacation home on a gulf-access canal with over 130 feet of water frontage! Complete with a private, heated pool situated directly along the canal. The sizable pool deck makes a great venue for hosting poolside BBQs with family and friends, or relax outdoors and watch the boaters pass by in the comfort of cushioned outdoor patio furniture. Wake up refreshed in the master suite with a king-sized bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub, and sliding glass doors to the lanai. Plenty of sleeping space for all members of your travel group with a king-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom. Equipped with televisions in each room, pool towels, extra linens, and everything you need during your vacation. Great location in Southwest Cape Coral, conveniently located near local restaurants, waterfront dining, parks, marinas, shops, attractions, and more! Lovely canal home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Starboard Cove. The home was clean, spacious & nicely decorated. The heated pool was great. It could use new cookware, & more towels & washcloths. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We all enjoyed our time at Starboard Cove. The home and outdoor pool area were very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice neighborhood and convenient location. We have stayed at 4 different properties and this was our favorite. We would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful waterside villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Starboard Cove for 11 nights in November 23.We honestly could not fault the place, it was perfect for us. Quiet location, modern, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and a great layout for a couple with plenty of room for visitors.The house opens up onto the pool deck set on a wide canal. You can watch the sunset from the pool.We enjoyed trips to the Boathouse Grill and Farmer Joe’s market was convenient and excellent for fresh food. Doc Ford’s in Fort Myers was also worth the trip. Sanibel and Fort Myers beach are still heavily damaged from the Sept 22 Hurricane. Cape Coral seems fine now.We’d definitely come back next year if the place is available.Caroline the property manager was helpful providing all the info we needed. We had no issues to resolve while we were there.

nice villa BUT

The villa was very clean and in a quite location with a very wide canal . I know that this is a new villa to the rental market and you would have thought that the management co would have advised the owners of what is required for guest to stay . the villa is advertised as 6 birth and yes it will sleep 6 people . the formal dinning table and the the table on the lani will only accommodate 4 people there is only 4 chairs and the tables are not big enough to seat 6 people around. there was only one set of sheets of each bed after a phone call the following day 4 additional sets were delivered .there are very few coat hangers in each wardrobe. the pool heater was turned off by the main fuze switch which i turned on and set the temperature. the pool cover was not in a condition to use i reported this but it was not replaced . from the day we arrived the ice maker in the fridge was not working and the water filter needed replacing ,a maintance guy called out three times and was unable to resolve the problem the fridge needs replacing but this did not happen and was still not working when we left. the bath rooms do not have any towel rails to put your towels on . the lani and paving around the pool needs cleaning and all of the weeds that are growing between the pavers removed . All of the above items should have been addressed by the management co as this is what the owners are paying them for . i hope that the management will address these items and that the owner reads this
