Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Had a very quiet and relaxing time at this home. The pool was great! Location within an hour of lots of different places to explore. Had everything we needed at the house. Owner checked to make sure all was good and see if we had any questions. Will rent again when in the area!

Second visit

We have stayed at this location previously. My niece and her children live close by so this is a perfect place to meet, and relax for a few days. We were familiar with the house arrangement and host and the booking, check in and out process were again, very easy. The house hasn’t change its unique privacy and comfortable layout. Everyone had a great time including elders, kids and our dog. Will visit again!

Wonderful and relaxing stay!!

We came to Cape Coral for a few days to just get away and relax and we loved the house! It provided a place for us to just relax, swim and enjoy peace and quiet! We knew it would be a little bit of a drive from the airport and going places, but it was no big deal. The hosts were so kind and communicative. We would choose this house again!!

Great place!

What isn’t conveyed clearly in pictures is the wonderful privacy of the lanai/back yard!! It’s also very quiet. Place is very clean well stocked and Pete responds to any inquiries very promptly. Would definitely stay again…

The house is clean and comfortable. We had a very small issue and the owner took care ofit immediately. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after fleeing the cold north. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is fenced which was nice for our dog. If in Cape Coral again we would definitely rent

Pool Side Paradise

We spent a week here in November 2024. Very nice relaxing home with heated hot tub and pool. We used both daily. The property is very clean, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. As a bonus there is a great pizza place within walking distance. Every TV has a Roku device attached and there is a nice air hockey table which we did use. Communication with the owner was timely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the screened-in patio and hot tub/pool area, with the privacy plantings on three sides. The owner was so accommodating, answering our questions promptly if something came up. The home was clean and we'd come back again.

Amazing & Super Convenient Stay

We had the most amazing time. This house is close to everything. Sanibel, Captiva, Estero, Ft Myers Beach, you can do it all within an hour! There are convenience stores within walking distance. Check in and check out were easy and low-maintenance. The pool was perfect after a long day and dinners in were just as great as dinners out. Neighbors quiet and friendly. Can’t recommend enough!!

The property was neat and cleaned. It didn’t have a coffee maker and the owners dropped one off right away and the water dispenser wasn’t working in the fridge, they dropped off a 40 pak of water. Very accommodating.

Nice place to stay for the cost and the host is awesome in communicating quickly.

Nice place for the cost. We would stay again. The only thing we were hoping for differently was that the dogs could run around in the fenced-in yard, but one of our dogs could fit through the gap in the gate and under some of the fence. She would've escaped if we'd let her loose. So we didn't get to use the fenced-in back yard like we'd hoped to, but we'd still stay there again. Peter, the host, is awesome in quickly responding and that means a lot.

Great get away

May 2024 We had a great two weeks on this rental. Peter the host is amazing to deal with, very approachable for anything you need during your stay Place had everything we needed. Clean. Plenty of room for my family and the furbabies. It was cool to see the burrowing owls in the neighbourhood. Lots of bunnies too. Got to check out Tito Cantina restaurant and Ford garage restaurant. Also not far away a nice quiet beach cape coral Beach if you didn't want to drive to fort Myers Beach It was nice to see the rebuild happening in Sanibel Island, pine Island and fort Myers, so go down to these places and help support local businesses. And farmer Joe's has everything you need and more to get groceries prepared meals great selection of wines. A big thanks for opening up your home hope to be back again*

Decent but not as advertised: Pool and House need Maintenance.

While the house had some positives, it didn't quite meet our expectations based on the listing and other reviews.Let’s start with the biggest disappointment: the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the private pool, but it was barely heated at all, despite the listing stating otherwise. The hot tub/spa is supposed to heat the pool, but it was very slow, and even after figuring out how to use it by day 3, the pool remained freezing cold. Our child was shivering with chattering teeth after just a few minutes in the water, despite sunny 80F weather outside. There were no instructions provided on how to heat the pool, and even after some effort, it was still unusable for the majority of our stay.In terms of cleanliness, the house left much to be desired. We found mold around some of the windows, a moldy shower curtain, and peeling paint throughout the house. The master bathroom and closet are in desperate need of updates;vents are dirty. The kitchen, however, was clean and well-equipped, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was great for a family but they were incredibly loud, making it difficult to do laundry and watch TV at the same time since door was broken.Outside, there were missing and cracked tiles around the pool and patio, as well as a leaking lanai. There were broken, dirty windows too when i wanted to enjoy the fresh air but was unable. The Rokus on each TV were a nice touch, as was the air hockey table.

Would absolutely rebook! From the excellent communication to the coziness of the home to the great and private outdoor area, this renal was great. Everything was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard has a fire pit and chairs, as well as a decent open grass area too. Felt very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.
