This 1150-square-foot condominium is located on the second floor of the Park Station building, at the base of Historic Park City Main Street. The building offers elevators for convenience and secure entries for safety. It's just a short walk from Main Street, where you can find gourmet restaurants, theaters, art galleries, and boutique shops. Also, it's only a few steps away from the Town Lift, which takes skiers directly to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stone backsplashes, hardwood floors, granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size oven and stove. The open dining area can accommodate up to six guests, and it's located next to the kitchen and within view of the main living area. The condominium also features a brick, wood-burning fireplace, a 40" flat-screen TV, and a secluded balcony surrounded by trees.

The primary suite has two queen-sized beds, an HDTV, and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom is newly renovated, with a beautiful natural stone shower and a large maple vanity with a granite countertop. The second bedroom has two twin beds, HDTV, dressers, and a large closet with mirrored doors. The second bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway from the double bedroom.

The condominium offers plenty of storage, with a linen closet in the hallway.

Please note that the communal pool will remain closed through the 2024 ski season.
