The home is set in an elevated position, overlooking the gorgeous block and lagoon. It has a large 9 Bedrooms, 3 Kitchens, 3 Dinning tables (16 chairs), 3 Bathrooms, 2 Family rooms (Lounge rooms), 3 Smart TVs, 2 Fireplaces etc. Throughout the Floor plan are multiple living rooms, allowing everyone to have their own space. The 2 Kitchens are centrally located with access to the Dining room and a Living room (Lounge), allowing everyone to mingle with family, friends or a large group of friends or corporate groups.

The rear of the home has a covered patio, an ideal spot to entertain family/friends. Located upstairs is a front and rear balcony, making for the perfect place for a morning coffee, offering views of the land space and Lagoon, sheds Poultry, vegetables and fruits.

Property not as listed

The property was very dirty with mouse droppings, mouse pellets and uncleanliness in all areas. Rubbish was left in the property, (kitchen) with towels left from previous guests left in a bathroom. Linen was not appropriately supplied as stated. Not all appliances worked. The outside farm area was bordering on a safety hazard and animal cruelty. The host will not return any contact to resolve issues. very disappointing. Save your money!

Perfect for what we needed!!!!

Our stay here was for my 40th birthday. During Winter, we just wanted to be rugged up, have a dance, get the fire going and our large group all have a bed to sleep in. The horses, cows and peacocks on the grounds were a treat also :)

Good value for money

It was a great place for large groups/families who want to spend time together and have enough space to sleep all. Close to walks and animals. Clean enough for a farm stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Best holiday experience ever

We travel a lot and use rental accommodations very often. So far, this house has won the prize for best farm stay experience. It is only 45 minutes from Sydney. The beds and pillows are extremely conformable, the house is full of furniture, and the kitchen has many utensil and appliances. There are 3 lounges and living rooms, many bedrooms with a a variety of sleeping arrangement and 3 sets of bathrooms. This house is great for large groups of people that would like to travel with friends hence they want to have their own privacy. There is a nice walk on the roads around the house. The owner is extremely friendly and a great communicator. We highly recommend this property for your next trip.
