30th Birthday Getaway

We came down to celebrate my 30th birthday and the stay was great! The only thing we saw that needed to be fixed was that curtains need to be hung in the second bedroom (the non-master) in order to block the outside lights out.

Perfect Condo For A Family Of 4

We enjoyed everything about this condo! The decor was perfect for the beach and the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms were accompanied for my family. Loved the spacious balcony with sitting chairs and view of the water where there were lots of turtles. Also, you don’t need anything for the beach, they have you covered!

Home Away From Home

Each year our family comes down in July and have stayed at a different resort for 5+ years. Decided to stay here instead this year and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the home, convenient location, quiet and relaxing. The pool was within walking distance and not crowded regardless of the time of day we went. Would definitely come back and stay and highly recommend!

Well kept unit

My family enjoyed our stay in this very clean and well kept unit. It is very conveniently located close by restaurants and shopping. The only negative I would have is maybe the couch cushions that are worn and sink into the couch when sitting, everything else was great and as described. Would stay here again.

When entering the property we were amazed, how clean and beautiful it was. The pictures don’t do it justice. We felt right at home. They had everything you would need from paper towel to towels and extra bedding. Utensils to cook with and eat. The resort is stunning and very clean. There is access to the pool and to the tennis court and you can see lay volley ball. My family and I loved it so much we would love to make it a yearly trip and this would be the place to stay. It is near so many beaches and convenient to all stores and restaurants. When we had a question we called and they answered right away. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The description of the property was very accurate. Nice location and quiet. Those 3 flights of stairs can be hard though. The only issue was the dryer didn't work. A repair man came but still didn't fix the issue.

The unit was very comfortable for 2 people. There was an issue with the freezer - someone put a removable bin in wonky which was preventing the door from closing and resulting in melting ice. One we fixed it all was good! Would highly recommend this unit.

quick beach trip

We had a fun quick trip! The stairs are a little brutal and narrow for my mother of 72 but that was my fault not paying attention to the floor we were on. There were nats coming up out of the drain, simple fix needs to be cleaned and the hot water runs out fast since its a small tank so just be aware. There we dirty dishes in the cabinets glasses were dirty along with bowls. Beds were clean, floors were clean and tubs were clean. We wouldn't stay there again due to the stairs, but again thats our fault. We love the area, we have stayed in many of the different facilities, we have stayed in Tidewater and the havens in homes and condos. We love the Barefoot landing area. We will be back but the apartments aren't for us because of stairs. Ty

We had a great stay during our week in Myrtle Beach. I am originally from Horry County so I am very familiar with the area and the accommodations available and this condo exceeded my expectations! The condo was very spacious, well-kept, and clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook or make a quick meal. The shower curtain liner in the master bathroom could stand to be changed, but it wasn't something a little Clorox couldn't help. Although we brought our own, there were plenty of provided towels and washcloths. The community was also very quiet, which was a plus since we were working remotely. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location for your next trip!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Could use a new couch or cushions but that is a very small thing. Close to the pool. Loved staying in the Barefoot Landing area. I would certainly stay here again.
