About this property

Your own piece of paradise with a large fully fenced back yard landscaped with pentiful fruit trees (Mangoes, Papaya, PassionFruit, Avocado, Bananas -subject to season) Relax in the hot tub after a long day on the town. Close to the beach- just over the intercoastal bridge- Next door to the tennis center, a kids playground, and a boat marina. Across the street from Galleria Mall. Right next to the boat marina. 15 mins to downtown, 30 mins to the hardrock, 30 minutes to the airport and cruiseport. 1 Hour to South Beach.

$300 ADDITIONAL PET FEE. Rental Agreement, ID and credit card copy may be required for booking. Please do not book if you are not willing to provide necessary documents. Please purchase travel insurance, our reservations are not refundable for any reason. We cannot insure your trip. There are no refunds, partial refunds or credits for any reason. Any issues will be addressed expeditiously. Guest may reject home for a full refund on arrival only for stays 1 week or less (not applicable for longer stays). If the guest stays, guest pays.
