Once you're on the dock you and your family won't want to leave due to the breathtaking intersecting canal views of the San Carlos basin canal, take the kayaks out or rent a boat...This home is tastefully decorated with a pool table for indoor activities.....this Florida waterfront Villa will make you wish you planned a longer vacation.

This Villa Sweet Life is located in a prime South East cape coral neighborhood. Close to a ton of recreational and entertainment venues that your group might seek to enjoy and indulge in during your stay in the Sunshine State. So, whether you want to wander along a sandy hiking trail on the many local beaches, take a relaxing boating excursion, go on a sightseeing adventure or just enjoy a fine dining experience – Villa Sweet Life is the perfect Villa for you and your loved ones to visit!

*This home is dog friendly for (MAX. 1) non-aggressive and non-shedding dogs (up to 15lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats).

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay! Our boys loved fishing right off the dock and we we loved being able to keep a boat right at the dock. The pool was lovely, as well. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Wonderful experience!

Pet friendly, beautiful home and very private, quiet area! Visited Ft Myers Beach, IMAG Science center, Captiva, was always nice to get back to our Cape Coral spot to relax. Only 10 min from the farmers market, and loved the fresh grouper from Lobster Lady.Nice pool, perfect size. Wonderful grill and lanai areas, lots of seating.
