Roughly 200 steps from the sugar white sands sits Second Chance, a newly built single family vacation home on the beach side of 98 in Mexico Beach.

Open concept on the main floor with coastal decor invites you in. After a fun day on the beach, gather in the living room to watch TV or play board games. The dining area accommodates 6 comfortably while the kitchen is spacious with everything you would need to cook meals during your stay. Features
include: upgraded stainless appliances, quartz counter tops & bar seating.

For those who prefer no steps, the 1st floor offers a master bedroom featuring a queen bed, walk in closet & TV. Living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa as well.

Master suite upstairs features king bed with ensuite bathroom & walk in closet. There's nothing more relaxing than sitting on the master deck sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails taking in a sunset. It's the perfect location to enjoy the Mexico Beach 4th of July fireworks!

Home also has a screened front porch & outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand. The fenced back yard offers privacy and a patio with table & chairs.

Carport & plenty of parking for those who want to bring their boat. The public boat launch is about half a mile away.

Within walking distance is a little bit of something for every craving: Mango Marley (Bar & Grill), Beach Pizza, Caribbean Coffee & Mexico Beach Sweets.

Time to unplug, unwind, and escape to where life seems to stand still long enough to catch your breath and make a couple of memories while you're at it. Second Chance, awaiting your next vacation!

Fell In Love w/Mexico Beach

Our first trip to Mexico Beach and definitely won’t be our last! We had to change plans due to Hurricane Debby and were so glad we found Mexico Beach. The house and location were perfect! The house is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and just a short walk to the beach.

Great getaway

Very relaxing stay. House was very clean, perfect size. Quiet location. Would definitely visit again. We had a couple of issues.The oven would not heat above 350 and very poor internet connection which could pose a problem if needed for work. Otherwise it’s was a fabulous stay
