INTERIOR
The bright condo features fun furnishings designed for comfort, entertaining and relaxation! The living room features a large sofa and a large TV for your favorite shows and sports! The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Living Room TV and Master Bedrooms feature cable service in addition to streaming services. Other TV's include apps for streaming. The kitchen bar is perfect for breakfast. Kitchen is amply stocked for all your cooking needs, easily access the front patio with the BBQ. Kitchen features a small breakfast table. Full size washer and dryer are available for guest use. The property includes a 1 car parking garage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite features a king bed, 50in. Smart TV, ceiling fan, bright spacious main bath and closets. The Guest bedroom features two twins, ceiling fan and a 40in. TV.

EXTERIOR
The spacious and private entry courtyard features two chaise lounges perfect for catching some sun, two burner Weber BBQ, and a small bistro table. The unit is located 300 feet from the community pool and spa. A super short walk to enjoy a nice swim! Community pool and spa provide views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and golf course. The large covered backyard patio features a 6 person dining table, and a fire feature to enjoy the gorgeous views!

THINGS TO DO!
This unit does not include access to the clubhouse amenities, golf, tennis. Guests are welcome to use clubhouse restaurants. Palm Valley Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

Exceptional View

The Lovely patio with sunshine most of the day was a great location to relax and watch the golfers. It had an expansive view of the golf course and mountains.

Clean and nice stay.

The house was clean, was able to cook with the full kitchen and wash clothes. Area was nice and did not have any trouble getting in and out with the gate pass we received. Everything was perfect.

Perfect Place in Palm Desert

This condo truly was bright and fun! It was quite spacious too. Big kitchen, dining area, family room, and bedrooms. We wish our visit could have been longer, so we could spend more time on the back patio admiring the water features, beautiful mountains, palm trees, and watching golfers make their marks. The neighborhood is gated, safe, very walkable and the people very friendly. We highly recommend staying here.
