Beautiful and very empty house

We came with large adult family for a funeral. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Easy to find property. Bare bones furniture, very low quality beds and old thin bedding and towels. Dollarstore kitchenware. Someone was living in part of the basement. They smoked outside the kitchen window and their dog covered the yard with poop, which made outside unpleasant. Carpets were stained, crumbs and such in drawers. Not a place to stay if you cannot do stairs. Master bedroom bathroom was amazing and very large. Heated floors throughout were cozy. Communication with owner was good. Lockbox on door made it handy as there was one house key. Not exactly what we expected.
