With its separate lounging area complete with 55 inch HD smart tv, coffee bar with mini-fridge, a study area with desk and printer, luxuriously comfortable Cal King bed and built-in storage galore--not to mention the spa-like en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and extra, extra large shower--(and let's not forget the DIRECT ocean front views), the upstairs master bedroom suite is a private oasis in and of itself.

The spacious guest bedroom on the main floor offers luxury and privacy with its top-of-the line California King bed, 50 inch LG wall mounted HD smart TV, private lanai and expansive spa-like en suite bathroom. There is also a third guest bathroom with its own shower.

Please note, occupancy of six guests requires using existing bedding or rental bedding at extra rental cost. There are two king sized beds and one queen sized sofa sleeper provided in the villa.

The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. This villa is a two story unit with stairs only leading to the second floor. Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
