Collwood Cottage boasts a split system air-conditioning unit for year-round comfort and individual heaters in each bedroom. The main living space also features an indoor fireplace for during the cooler months.

All four bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The two dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the patio. You may also love to cuddle up by the indoor fireplace.

Spoiled for choice, you will be conveniently located between many world-class vineyards and the CBD. With the impressive Philip Shaw Wines an easy 4 minute drive away, immerse yourself in local culture and treat the group to a well-deserved wine tasting session.

Entertain the entire family with a visit to the nearby Elephant Park, equipped with a playground, fitness equipment, BBQs & picnic spaces. Take in the splendid views on the hiking trails at Mount Canobolas and Lake Canobolas or explore the nearby Borenore Caves.

Within a few blocks, you will find the popular Byng St Cafe, Zona, Lolli Redinis Restaurant, Orange Aquatic Centre, Duntryleague Golf Course + much more!

Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items to make your stay even better!
You can request an early check in or a late checkout that we will approve pending availability and the payment of any necessary fees.
You can also request other enhancements like a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their entire home for the duration of their stay.

Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry, along with regular farmers markets and much more!

Other Things to Note:
Fireplace: this property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
