Welcome to our Luxurious and Extremely sophisticated property that we call the Encore Escape. This home is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to make memories while on the perfect family vacation. With this 8-bedroom 7-bathroom home, there is enough room for a large family or friends’ group. This sophisticated villa, features an open floor plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private swimming pool and spa, making it the perfect home for a Florida vacation with the major theme parks just minutes away! It is in the Encore Club in Kissimmee Florida, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to Walt Disney World!

This sunlit home offers 2 sofas in the main living area for some relaxation time to plan the day's adventure and an 8-seat dining table as well as a 4-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen for a Sunday family dinner or a midnight snack.

Sleeping up to 16 people, our home provides bedrooms across two floors with two Queen bedroom/ensuites on the bottom floor and a family bathroom located in the hallway. On the second floor, you will find three further Queen bed/ensuites, a queen bedroom that shares an ensuite (jack and jill style) with the Cinderella Themed double Twin bedroom, and a second Avatar themed double twin bedroom with its own ensuite.

Our home includes a loft area with a X-Box One video game console and a large flat-screen TV to binge-watch your favorite tv series for the whole family to relax and enjoy. (Bring your own games)

Free Wi-Fi and all 10 of the TVs in the Home have cable television and are Smart TVs so you can keep up on your favorite shows.

The house is also equipped with CenturyLink Fiber internet and AT&T Direct Cable.

You also have your very own private swimming pool and spillover spa right outside your patio doors where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine. Pool Heat is optional and is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.

The house is professionally managed by Mid-Florida Home Management Rentals who has a local service team to maintain the home and deal with any issues to ensure you have the perfect rental experience.

After the long days at the theme parks are over, this home offers a private swimming pool and spillover spa to unwind and cool off from Florida's sunshine.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 55F or under.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle. You do not need to move the trash cans as the Valet service will get it from the home.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

BOOKING, CHECK-IN, & CHECK-OUT: Looking for a luxurious home in a great location plus a simple convenient booking process? As our guest, we will take care of you personally from the time you inquire to your day of departure. We are not a booking agent; we personally maintain this home to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to have your booking processed within 24 hours. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. Extra charges will apply.

Self-Check-in with Smart Lock

All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours prior to the guest arrival.

Guest access *** We do not have access to the Club House. You will not be able to use the water park or community pool. You can use the restaurant and sundry shop only. ***

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and is not a hotel with concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.

Cleaning fee applies for stays all stays. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.
