We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, immaculately clean, welcoming home. We came for a long weekend to spend time with family who live in the area. It was the perfect location to create our home base for many adventures in New Haven and beyond. Our stay was in autumn when the foliage was at peak color. This area has many perfect fall activities! We appreciated the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and cozy gathering spaces. On a particularly rainy day, we had fun cooking a pancake breakfast, reading books and playing games. A highlight was viewing gorgeous sunsets on the deck in the evenings.Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location and perfect home away from home. Had everything we needed for the time we were there. Comfortable beds with great locations to sit, enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the water. So well decorated with plenty of seating and enjoyable areas for conversation and gathering.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The manager was easy to reach when we had a question and the house was full of cooking and dining items which came in handy. The ocean view from the balcony and sunroom was a highlight. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay! House was very clean and had everything I needed to make the enjoyable. It was obvious that the hosts considered everything that people staying there might need. The views cannot be beat. The balcony was perfect for watching sunsets or just staring out at the water. Definitely would stay again.

We had to come to town for a family funeral and couldn’t have found a better place to land than this home. It was beautiful and relaxing during a challenging time and allowed our family and dogs to all be together. Lots of parking, huge yard, well stocked and amazing location.

A Great Stay in CT

We had a great time staying here this spring. We were impressed with the extra amenities like the book on good places to go and the propane fire pit out back, which we enjoyed. The views from the front porch were spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect house for our weekend getaway. The sunroom overlooking the water was by far our favorite room. Being able to disconnect while enjoying a beautiful view was exactly what we needed. Lynda is a great host and was gracious enough to allow us a slightly later check out to accommodate our travel plans home. We would definitely stay here again!

Seaside Retreat

Excellent. We had a fabulous time at this cozy cottage. The owners have provided every amenity! The cottage has been lovingly remodeled and cared for. Beautifully decorated and great location. We would love to come back. Only negative is that it took us 8 hours from Maryland but that’s not the owners fault it’s traffic!!! You will love this place !!
